Sunday at Palmer Road it was cloudy and little rain and 16 degrees.The out and back course on Rte 155 near St. Louis.
Finish in 26:13, place 3rd and got a medal.
Paul Dalton won and Jennifer Nickerson was top female and she ran with her hushand and baby.
